The 5 rooms are very modern in a new building. It is large, well furnished Witt cool AC, TV, refrigerator, and hot water 24/7. Outside is a little corridor with a table and two chairs in every room. Separated by a nice garden, is the family house old but of beautiful typical architecture of Bali. The location is superb. 5 minutes walk to Kuta Beach, Market and Restaurantes for any budget from KFC to expensive Gourmet. Jim outside the Hotel is a Laundry where they charge 2 US dollar per kilo and ready in 2 hours. The staff of the Hotel was the best part. Always smiling and helping with any issues and they even gave us a rude to the airport for half the regular taxi drive at 4 am. The only minor issue is that Goggle has the wrong location and it may take longer to find. The easy way will be to search in Google or to tell the taxi driver to drive to the Hotel ROYAL REGENTARIS, Kuta. Just across is a white alleyway were the Hotrl is located at the end. Highly recommended!!

I stayed here for 3 weeks when I went to Kuta. The beach is couple minutes from the accommodation, which is great! They have only about 5 units at their property (so no crazy amount of people everywhere) and I was very surprised how quiet it was. For someone who also worked for Bali, this was 10/10, since I could sit outside on the terrace and work and it was not very noisy. Their Wi-Fi is also good. This is really great for anyone who wants to stay close to the beach but likes the homey feeling with their stay. Also, the people who live there and run this are one of the nicest I ever met! Super helpful, kind and nice, but never in your space. Over all I really had a lovely stay there :-)

Staff and the locals who live at the hotel were by far the best thing about the stay. Very, very friendly and nice people. Rooms were excellent. Good a/c, bathroom facilities, fridge, etc. Location is 5*. Close to everything in Kuta - beach, shopping, restaruants, etc.

Affordable price, clean , big spacious with fridge in it and the staff are very friendly. The owner also offering laundry services, car rent tour,motobike rent ! These make me and my family stays so much easier ! Surely me and family will comeback ! The staff are super freindly and ultra hospitable. Kept offering to clean our room and change linen. The rooms are very clean. The garden view rooms are actually in the Home compound - alot like a homestay. The pool view rooms are more like a Hotel. The location is great (just off the road - very little noise)and only a couple of mins walk from Kuta central. The pool is great for an afternoon dip.HIGHLY recommend for budget minded traveller.
